Autocancel

Autocancelling an aerial occurs when you land at the very end of it and suffer only the four frames of normal landing lag.

Fox has a few useful autocancels, but they're more of an idiom that you should know about than a technique that you consciously apply. None of his aerials autocancel on shorthop, but up-air, back-air, and down-air autocancel on fullhop, and back-air autocancels even if you land on a platform.
